Rob Mosley keeps the class fun and entertaining as well educational.

In recent months, Rob Mosley, Senior Director of Training and Development for Next Level Exchange, has worked with RGF teams throughout Singapore, Bangalore and Tokyo.  Most recently he returned from Singapore where he led RGF management professionals in a custom workshop focusing on Leadership where he concentrated on:

  • Laying a foundation of leadership/management best practices
  • Introducing techniques for increasing individual performance and accountability
  • Establishing standards of sales performance
  • Integrating approaches for increasing visibility to leading indicators of results

Rob joined other trainers who focused on additional aspects of leadership such as Lumina personality profile.  Mark Murphy, Co-Founder of Orchestrate Learning, LLC., reviewed profiles with the Leadership Academy participants to highlight each of their strengths and weaknesses for a better understanding of themselves, how others perceive them and how best to work/live with those understandings and perceptions.

Breakout Session

Participants work in breakout sessions to walk through case studies and other exercises.

Much of the workshop was spent with specific leadership case studies formed around the participant’s clients.  Utilizing feedback from this event RGF will collaborate with Next Level Exchange and other partners to form additional case studies for analysis and group discussion.   Rob will return to Asia in August to continue training with RGF as part of their Selection Academy.
