Breaking Barriers, Building Teams is designed for leaders, managers and individual contributors looking for better ways to leverage professional knowledge, influence people and more effectively manage processes in cross-functional teams. Team members will gain a clear understanding of how a group of individuals become a unified, high-performing team including how to drive individual accountability between team members.
This program is based loosely off of Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book entitled The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Breaking Barriers, Building Teams explores the critical importance of both IQ and EQ (Emotional Intelligence) in any personal relationship and team environment. Both are explored in the modules of Building Trust, Mastering Conflict, Achieving Commitment, Embracing Accountability, and Focusing on Results.
